Standard service
What does it cost you ? Nothing. We work with a network of local
estate agents and are remunerated by these agents out of the normal
estate agents commission. There is absolutely no extra charge for
you as purchaser. What this service entails :
• Discussion of
your requirements, preferences and budget
• Arranging visits to
our agents
• Providing a contact point to follow up on any
issues when you return home
• Negotiation and submission of
offers
• Assistance with arrangement of mortgages, loans and
finance
• Liasing with the agent and Notaire on your behalf
• Assistance arranging buildings and contents insurance
•
Regular updates on the progress of your purchase until
completion
• Help with the French language!
If in addition you would like us to be present at certain points
in the negotiation for instance to accompany you at the notaires
office or to sign by proxy in your absence this will be possible. We
charge on a time basis at an hourly rate.

Homefinder service
A pro active fee paying search service. We do
the legwork for you. You are looking for a house to buy in our
region. You haven’t time to traipse round the French countryside or
contact the hundreds of estate agents offices in the region. Our
homefinder service provides you with our own independently
compiled detailed report on the properties that interest
you (as opposed to our standard service which relies exclusively on
the information supplied by our agents). France
Properties homefinder service will save you time and
money.
This service provides all the basics of the standard service and
in addition a detailed report on the properties that particularly
interest you. The report will include :
• A comprehensive
description of the property with photographs interior and
exterior
• A description of the local area; amenities, shops ,
hotels, restaurants, leisure & cultural facilities.
• An
extract of the “cadastre” (land registry)
• A map of the
surrounding area.
A fee of 412 Euros per property is payable for the homefinder

In addition we also offer the following services (at extra

Rental Management Service - we look after
the renting out of your property. Please ask for further details.
Project Management Service – we arrange the
services of builders, surveyors, architects, electricians, plumbers
and other technical experts. This service is tailor-made to suit
your requirements and priced accordingly. Please ask for further
